Caramel Pancake Strawberry

Ingredients :

• 225 gr wheat flour
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 spoon of sugar
• 200 gr ricotta cheese
• 375 ml plain milk
• 50 gr butter, must be melted
• 2 egg, the stir
• 250 gr sliced strawberry
• 150 gr caramel sauce

How To Make :

• bolting wheat flour, baking powder and sugar then stir
• shake ricotta cheese, milk, egg and butter then stir it
• add wheat flour, stir softly until average and mixed
• ignore 10 minutes
• reheat frying pan on stove then put dough, then ignore until fried
• put on plate add strawberry on pancake and add too caramel sauce
