Strawberry Cheese Cake

Strawberry cheese cake is strawberry combined with cheese, there is suitable if you eat this with strawberry dessert.

Ingredients :

• - Sponge Cake ( as same as cake recipe )
• - 200 gr of cheese
• - 150 gr whipped cream, stir numb
• - 90 gr sugar
• - 30 ml lemon water extract
• - 30 gr strawberry jam
• - 10 gr gelatin + 40 ml hot water
• - fresh strawberry
• - 1 sachets plain agar
  

Instruction to make

• - Stir Cream Cheese and sugar until smooth
• - add lemon water extract and gelatin, stir average
• - add whipped cream and strawberry jam 
• - make your sponge cake
• - put on mica moulder
• - put on your refrigerator for 5-15 minutes
• - add fresh strawberry
• - add cream cheese dough 
• - put on refrigerator again for 15 minutes
• - pour agar dough on cheese cake
• - add whipped cream 
• - serve it
