Strawberry sponge cream recipe

Strawberry Sponge cream

if you already bored with cake and butter cream, you can add chopped strawberry at interruptiom of sponge cake, layered with delicious butter cream and topping that contains lots of strawberry.

Ingredients for cake :
  • 3 egg
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of emulsifier
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 75 ml fresh milk
  • 50 gr margarine
  • 25 gr butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 gr wheat flour + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. then mix it
Instruction to make cake :
  • preheat fresh milk ( not until boiled ), turn off the fire
  • put margarine and butter. stir until melt then reserve it
  • shake egg with sugar until expand, put vanilla essence + emulsifier stir until pale , stir until pale and thick
  • gradually put wheat flour and milk mixture alternately while stir it with whisker from down to up until average and merged.
  • pour to bowl 18 X 18 cm has paper covered and smeared by margarine
  • oven it on 30 minutes
  • tyen ready to filling and granishing
Strawberry Filling Ingredients :
  • 150 gr strawberry jam
  • 100 ml hot water
  • 50 gr chopped strawberry
Butterream Ingredients :
  • 100 gr shortening
  • 50 gr margarine
  • 50 gr unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoon milk powder
  • 75 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 75 gr itching sugar
Topping Ingredients :
  • 200 gr strawberry sliced half
Finishing Instruction :
  • Split filling for 2 part
  • split buttercream for 4 part
  • split sponge cake for 3 part, take one ( most under ), cover one side with filling until average, other side with buttercream
  • repeat for other cake part
  • cover all with butter cream then add sliced strawberry 
  • put in your refrigerator
  • serve it after 2 hours
