Chocolate Cake Dessert

the new chocolate dessert recipe, todays cook is chocolate cake
you can make this as easy as you make other cake. here is the recipe :

Ingredients :

• 200 gr dark chocolate
  
• 200 gr butter
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee
• 85 gr special wheat flour
• 85 gr wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 200 gr sugar powder
• 200 gr castor sugar powder
• 25 gr cacao powder
• 3 egg
• 75 ml milk
• some chocolate

Ingredients for Granish :

• 200 gr dark chocolate
• 284 ml cream
• 2 tablespoon castor sugar powder
• some cherries
• black forest
  

Instruction to make :

• basting pan with butter with 20 cm width and 7.5 thick in your oven at 150'C
• melt dark chocolate in pan
• add butter and instant coffee. then pour with 125 ml cold water
• stir it
• boil it until all melted but not too hot,or you can melted all on microwave for 5 minutes
• mix two different wheat flour with soda, ugarand cacao at big bowl, stir until average and mixed
• shake egg with butter, milk
• mix all with chocolate liquid with egg, wheat flour
• shake until change color with brownie
• put all on pan, then roast it
• after it, you can granish with chocolate, cream, black forest and cherries
• serve it

this cake recipe is same as other chocolate recipe, you can modified it
