you can make fried strawberry crispy like you make other, this recipes is traditionally but it can give special taste. you can try this easily and simple.
this recipe is suitable if you drink it with fruit cocktail.
Ingredients :
- Sliced Half Strawberry
- Fry Oil
- 3 Tablespoon wheat flour
- 2 Tablespoon rice Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 150 ml Water
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 100 gr rough pannier Flour
- Mayonnaise
- Strawberry Jam
- Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk
Instruction To Make :
- mix wheat flour, cheddar cheese, rice flour, salt, sugar and water
- stir it until slippery and thick
- then dip strawberry into that dough
- roll to pannier flour
- fry to hot oil until yellow brownie and dry
- remove
- put on plate
- then add mayonnaise, strawberry jam and chocolate sweetened condensed milk
