Special Blueberry Muffin Dessert Recipes

this muffin used blueberry as main ingredients, so you can make simple and special blueberry muffin. this taste is same as another muffin,but if you want special taste you can add chocolate cream at finish serve. so it can to be very delicious muffin. this recipes is so simple and you can make it at home, suitable for your family.

Ingredients :

• 4 Tablespoon Butter
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 Cup Wheat Flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon grated lemonade skin
• 3/4 cup blueberry
• 1/2 cup cherry
• 1 teaspoon rough sugar
• Blueberry Jam
• Chocolate Cream ( additional )
• Milk

Instruction to make :

• Preheat Oven at 375 'F
  

• Layout Muffin Bread paper at Pan

• Shake Butter and Sugar with mixer

• After Mixed Well, you can add shaked egg

• then shake with mixer again

• add wheat flour, baking powder, salt and grated lemonade skin

• shake softly

• add little by little milk

• put butter on dough bowl, and add some blueberry and blueberry jam

• put that dough to muffin moulding,and you can sprinkle sugar on top of muffin

• roast for 20 - 30 minutes

• add chocolate cream if you like

• serve it
  

This is so easy and simple, you can practice with other berry or fruit
