Hongarian Strawberry Soup Dessert


in hongaria there is one of traditional culture dessert. it called hongarian soup. it used berry as ingredients and some traditional ingredients from hongaria, but you can find this ingredients over eropa.this dessert is hard to make, but it taste is special and you can feel likely at hongaria. here is the recipe
ingredients :
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups rice flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon hongarian pear essence
  • 1 sachets 45 gr Knorr Gyümölcsleves Szamóca
  • 1/3 cups meringue candy, grill it



 Instruction to make :
  • mix all dry ingredients, make holes at center then pour all wet  ingredients
  • then stir average
  • cover pan with butter, sprinkle with flour.
  • pour that dough
  • roast for 325 F for 100 minutes 
  • finally you can add some strawberry
  • ready to serve

if you at hongarian you will pay more exoensive if you plan to buy this dessert, but you can make this cheaoer with simple ingredients

Oh, this is funny. :) Who are you? The recipe's title says that it is supposed to be a soup. Soups are liquid... This recipe is a cake, and the only thing Hungarian about it is that you suggest putting a "Hungarian style" fruit soup powder in the batter, made by Knorr in Switzerland.
You don't really need that, nor the pear essence, or any other flavouring. If you really want t, you can put a small spoonful of vanilla, lemon or orange essence. But then slice some strawberries, sprinkle it with a little sugar while the cake is baking. When it is finished and cooled, spread the strawberries on top. Serve with whipped cream.
