This Dessert is so beautiful, so nice and so delicious.suitable at elegant places like hotel, restaurant and other. because it look so yummy and wonderful. to make this there is more hard to make it. but i think you can make it easily. here is the recipe:
Main Ingredients :
- 3 egg, separate the egg yolk and white egg
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 vanilla essence
- 70 gr flour with low protein
- 50 gr sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon tartar cream
- 50 gr sugar
- 2 Tablespoon strawberry jam
- 2 Tablespoon water
- 300 gr fresh sliced strawberry
- 100 gr sugar
- 2 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoon flour with middle protein
- 200 ml evaporated milk
- 300 ml water
- 150 gr cheese cream, smooth it with folk
- 2 tablespoon plain butter
- 100 gr whippy powder
- 200 ml ice water
- 100 gr fresh strawberry
- forbottom : shake egg yolk,water, honey and vanilla essence .stir it
- pour into flour and baking powder while stir slowly
- add some sugar, stir average
- shake white egg, salt, cream and tartar until half growing,add some sugar each by each until growing
- pour to pan 28 x 28 x 3 with cover of bread paper without margarine basting
- oven for 15 minutes with 190'C of temperature
- To make strawberry sauce : preheat strawberry am and water. boil until boiled and thick. add with fresh strawberry sliced
- to make cheese vla : mix sugar, egg yolk, and flour stir average.
- pour evaporated milk and water while stir until average. preheat with small flames until thicked.add some cheee cream and plain butter. stir until butter mixed
- how to layout : prepare glass, add cake on bottom of glass, pour strawberry sauces on cake, pour with cheese vla on strawberry sauce.remove
- for topping : shake whipped powder and cold water until smooth. flush on vla cheese. decorated with fresh strawberry
