Baked Strawberry Dessert Shortcake Recipes

another shortcake dessert recipes, but this is modified from strawberry dessert shortcakes.
you can try so easy as strawberry shortcakes. here is the recipe:

Ingredients :
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallow
  • 10 strawberry frozen sliced, you must melt it
  • 1 mini box of strawberry gelatin
  • 2 1/4 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 1./2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups solid butter
  • 1 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 egg 
  • strawberrry syrup condensed 
  • strawberry sliced 
Instruction to make :
  • preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Generously oil only on bottom at 13 x 9 inch pan
  • sprinkle 1 cup marshmallow
  • mix all melted strawberry, syrup and gelatin 
  • put on large bowl, ignore it
  • then mix all remain ingredients, stir with slow speed for 3 minutes with mixer
  • then put that dough to marshmallow on pot
  • add strawberry to that dough
  • roast for 45-50 minutes until it color golden brownie
  • then flush with melted strawberry, syrup and gelatin mixture 
  • for best taste you can add whipped cream too
  • ready to serve
 this recipe better if you only eat it at watching tv
