Strawberry Pukkis Cake

this strawberry cake recipes is one of traditional cake but it taste is delicious and it modified by strawberry!
you can try this easy.


ingredients :

• 150 gr wheat flour
• 100 gr sugar
• 150 ml coconut milk
• 3 egg
• 1 tablespoon yeast
• 6 tablespoon warm water
• strawberry jam
• some meisses 

Instruction to make :

• mix yeast wit warm water until soluble, reserve
• shake sugar with egg until average, i suggest you can use whisk
• put yeast, shake again
• then add coconut milk
• stir average
• ignore for 20-30 minutes
• preheat pukkis moulding
• pour that dough at 1/3 of moulding
• cover that
• until some holes appears you can insert strawberry jam 
• add some chocolate meisses
• cook until the cake dry
• remove then serve it

this recipe is easily to make homemade and not an expensive cake
