Lemon strawberry raspberry , is one of kind simple strawberry dessert recipes, but it combined by lemon to make some acid taste. this dessert is use berry as main ingredients like strawberry, raspberry , blackberry, blueberry,cranberry and other. but now we only use strawberry and raspberry.because that have a same color. this dessert is added with heavy thick cream. up to you to use what ever cream you like, chocolate, strawberry or whipped. there are same delicious and suitable for this dessert.
here is the recipe :
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cups of strawberry and raspberry
- 2 tablespoon of strawberry jam
- 2 cups of heavy cream, frozen it
- 1 1/2 cups lemon curd ( like custard )
- 12 sponge cake skin
- 3/4 ml strawberry and raspberry
- into small bowl for microwave. stir all with jam and 1/4 cups of water.then put in microwave for 1 minutes with high power. then after finished. remove it and stir it until little cld
- with electric mixer, shake cream with middle speed until thick.
- with rubber spatula put in lemon custard until mixed
- then slice half of sponge cake skin t create half circle. put 8 sliced on bottom of bowl
- then melt 1/4 cups of jam then put in into dough
- take 1/3 lemon cream at top of dough, then average it. sprinkle 1/4 ml of berries on top
- then do again this step twice
- then put berry reserve n middle of dough
- reserve it
