Strawberry Raisin Cake Recipes

special recipe with combined strawberry and raisin, you can make this food quickly, as you can.
because not need  long time to make this. this food can used for snack or you can eat it after breakfast. because this have rich of energy and vitamin subtract.
here is the recipe :

Ingredients for main dough :

• 200 gr smooth plain cookies
• 125 gr butter, melt it
• 125 gr sweetened condensed milk
• 250 gr strawberry , sliced become 4 part
• 50 gr grape raisin or strawberry raisin
• 50 gr almond, break it

Ingredients for cream :

• 50 gr butter
• 125 gr sugar powder
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 tablespoon yogurt or more

Instruction to make :

• for yogurt cream : shake butter, sugar powder, vanilla essence and yogurt. then shake until smooth
• for cookies : mix cookies, add melted butter, and sweetened condensed milk. stir until average
• then put in strawberry, raisin and almond
• put dough into pan,and shaped it
• basting yogurt on that dough, then put in your refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours
• ready to serve

you can added other ingredients, this cake is use smooth cookies as main ingredients.you can change it with other cookies.
