Strawberry Chocolate Cake Recipes

Ingredients for cake :

  • 115 gr flour 
  • 75 gr oats
  • 50 gr chocolate powder
  • 300 gr sugar powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 275 ml coffee, chill it
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 250 ml white egg

Instruction to make :
  • preheat oven at 170 'C
  • mix flour , 150 gr sugar powder, oats, chocolate powder, baking powder and salt into big bowl
    stir average then reserve
  • put coffee, vinegar and vanilla powder into middle bowl, stir it and reserve
  • shake white egg with high speed
  • then put in 150 gr sugar each by each. shake again
  • then put coffee dough into flour dough. shake with whisk until average
  • then put in white egg 1/3 by 1/3
  • put dough into 2 pan that already prepared
  • roast for 25 - 30 minutes.
  • after roasted, remove from open and chill it
  • then sliced half like burger , then cover top of other cake part with strawberry jam or mixed jam , ignore another cake
  • cover with another cake
  • then for frosting shake cream powder with cold milk until thicked.put yogurt into whipped cream dough. stir with spatula
  • cover all part of cake with this cream
  • at the end decor it with fresh strawberry
  • if you like you can add some strawberry topping or some black forest for cakes
